Drive Now Auto Credit

I got an offer for a car loan from DriveToday, filled out everything online gave them my personal info and waited to hear from the dealer like I was told. Heard nothing.

I tried calling their hotline number on the paper 888-232-**** had to hit # after listening to three ads then was told to write down a # that the # for my area had changed to 800-712-****. It literally sends you to 411 directory assistance! I feel like this company is just a scam to get and sell your personal info whose real goal is to sell advertising to other companies on the first hotline #. I was trying to get in contact with them to check on the status of my loan application but now I see that doing any deal with them would be a foolish move on my part.

I work hard for my money and any company that wants some of it should work just as hard to earn my business.

Please do yourself a favor and throw any pre-approved letters in the trash where it belongs. Sincerely, Not a Fan!

My experience with Drive Now has been terrible. They may seem like "miracle" workers for people with bad credit, but in reality they like playing god.

When you go thru them to get financed they put a device in your car to "shut it down" when late on a payment. They do not have a grace period and will not work with you when asked for an extension. They happily just disable the car if you don't pay when they want it. Customer Service is ridiculous and treat you like you need to be "taught a lesson".

Also, their charges and interest rates are sky high -- I guess that is the price of miracles. If you can at all help, do not go thru them.

They will eat you alive then take all your money. Trust me, you'll regret it.

Please do not buy a car from this establish ment. They say if you have a problem with your vehicle you can return it within 3days but they lie they say they will give you loaner car but that was a lie.

I purchased a car on Thursday and check engine light came on friday when i tried to return the car on Saturday they refused and said they never said such a thing which by law it is a 3day forgiveness law so i believed them..Take your business elsewhere. Also salesman John said he would give $1000.00 for friend referal however im sure that was a lie as well.

I financed a dodge Dakota 4x4 from drive now auto credit over a year and a half ago and I've never missed a whole payment .. But I have run into a situation on 2 occasions where I could only pay 1/2 of a month and then caught it up with the next months payment.

I've never missed a whole payment and I've never been late on any payments. But I had something totally out of my control this month...i was paying bills and DirecTV took $374 off of my card instead of what the payment should have been for which was $150 and they said it is gonna take 10 days to put the $224back on my card ..which is for my truck pmt. I paid $200 of this months pmt and called them to tell them that I would be a little late with the other $200. Just until the money from DirecTV goes back on my card....and BRANDY THE LADY I TALKED TO AT DRIVE NOW WAS VERY RUDE TO ME SHE TOLD ME TO SHUT UP THAT I WAS CONFUSING HER WHILE SHE WAS TRYING TO READ SOMETHING ...I TRIED TO TELL HER THAT IT WOULD PROBABLY BE A COUPLE MORE DAYS AND SHE REFUSED TO ACCEPT THAT.

SHE IS DISABLING MY TRUCK AT 6pm today ...i was considering doing a trade in soon but not with these people. I am so shocked at the way I was treated ...oh and she was getting real *** with me saying I was 28 days late last month and that was total *** and I called her on it and she had to appollogize to me because she was so wrong...why do us ppl who are trying so hard get treated like trash......at least im making my payments even if a couple have been late I've never missed a whole pmt....after writing this im fired up now and I wanna talk to her boss....sorry BRANDY *** DOES HAPPEN THATS OUT OF OUR CONTROL AND WE SHOULDNT BE TOLD TO SHUT UP OR TREATED LIKE LOSER TRASH PPL....YOU NEED TO SHOW A LITTLE COMPASION....FROM NOW ON I WILL BUY MY VEHICLES ANYWHERE BUT THROUGH DRIVE NOW AUTO CREDIT

I have a car from Drive Now I put 3800 down and with the monthly payments so far I have payed out 7000. And still have 9200 to go.

In the first 5 months I had a new transmission put in a new motor put in. Oh also they painted over rust. The speakers where blown . A 400$ a month payment wasn't worth the drama .

I should have waited. And looked at these reviews. The repair shop they send us to scratched my 24" rims,the front end and the side. And missed parts putting the motor back in.

Its ***...

am over it will trade this *** in. And deal with someone else.
